Poche
Project info
Pockets have played a crucial role throughout history, serving as a practical and essential feature for humans and the natural world alike. Pockets have provided a convenient way to carry one's personal belongings, enhancing mobility and efficiency. Throughout time, they've evolved from detachable pouches tied around the waist to modern, multifunctional designs, influencing fashion and daily life. In nature, pockets are mirrored in the adaptation of animals and their survival, like marsupials carrying young in pouches, or rodents storing and protecting food in forms of pockets. Ultimately, pockets have facilitated the safe transport of necessities, enabling survival, innovation, and connectivity across species.
This project focuses on creating a hiking backpack with innovative detachable pockets, allowing users to customize the pack to suit their specific needs. Inspired by the functional role of pockets in storing and protecting items, the backpack design aims to enhance the outdoor adventure experience by offering flexibility and adaptability in carrying gear.
