Body Book
Project info
Problem
A lack of accessible, exploratory anatomy learning tools beginning in early education creates significant gaps in the understanding of our own bodies.
Process
The project is based on Information Processing Theory which models memory development through stages: sensory -> working -> long-term. Working within the constraints of common school supplies, I wanted to create a way to engage multiple learning pathways and support the transition of anatomical knowledge into long-term memory.
Solution
Through a multi-layered structure, the Body Book provides an interactive experience to build engagement and the full context for what really makes us human.
